Commissioning a Portrait
With every portrait I strive to create a unique and timeless work of art, and to make the process effortless and uncomplicated for everyone involved. I work from the clients digital photography and or my own digital photographs.
The first meeting with my client involves discussion of the overall feeling of the portrait. The size and how many subjects, detail if any of the clothing choices. This is either a face to face meet if local and or via mobile.
Painting
I will then start the painting in my studio. I will send a process digital photo to the client for review.
Completion
Once the portrait is finished, I will send a photograph of the painting to the client for approval before shipping. For clients within 50 miles of my studio, I will deliver the painting myself.
